A cut of meat as entrenched in Americana as blue jeans. An ever-present on Texas smokehouse menus, Brisket is the smoker's dream. Taken from the breast of the cow, the deep red muscle is laced with ribbons of decadent aged fat keeping it succulent and delicious even after a weekend sleepover in the smoker. 

Our Beef is sourced from small, regenerative British farms and hung to dry age for a minimum of 28 days.
